About Us
We both lost our amazing spouses during mid-life. We found one another seeking support from others who had a similar experience and married in August 2022. We talked about dreams for our second half together, and sailing was part of the dream. We were fortunate to retire early and purchased Second Half, a 2022 Leopard 45 Sailing Catamaran, in November 2023. We loved our first season in the Bahamas (Winter 2024) so much that we decided to do a second season cruising in the Bahamas (Winter 2025).
